SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped within 3 days from order placement, with the following delivery times:

• Denmark: Up to 4 business days
• EU: Up to 7 days

If any delays occur, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to Denmark and the European Union.

Delivery

Items will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Your items will be shipped via GLS or PostNord, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping to Denmark and all EU countries.

Delivery Attempts

Please note: If you are not home when delivery is attempted and the package cannot be left at your address, the package will be transferred to the nearest pickup point. You will be notified of this and can collect your artwork from the nearest parcel shop at your convenience.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective materials suitable for shipping artwork.

Customs & Duties

All EU customers benefit from customs-free delivery. If you are outside the EU, customs duties may apply (contact us for international shipping options).
